Retail Store Manager

This role supports the Music & Arts mission of fostering creativity and music education. This role is responsible for the day-to-day sales and operations of the store. The manager leads the sales team, manages inventory and financial data, oversees payroll and staffing, and ensures high standards of customer service are met while promoting the lesson program.
