What you'll do

• Own the proposal and quote lifecycle from solicitation receipt through compliant, on-time submission. Coordinate schedules and resources across engineering, contracts, program management, estimating, and shared services
• lead proposal development and reviews
• and execute capture processes, including gate reviews and bid/no-bid documentation. Maintain opportunity and pipeline data, coordinate pricing, and develop proposal content repositories. The role requires U.S. person status under U.S. export control laws.
