What you'll do

• Greet prospective residents
• conduct tours
• follow up and document leasing activity
• process applications, screenings, and lease paperwork
• coordinate move-ins, renewals, and move-outs
• respond to resident questions and requests
• coordinate service concerns with maintenance and leadership
• assist with resident events, marketing, and online reputation
• maintain records and prepare reports.
