Lead Restoration Technician

The Lead Restoration Technician role is onsite in Suamico, WI. Compensation is not specified. Northstar Restoration Services seeks a lead technician to guide field crews on restoration projects. It combines site assessment, hands-on cleaning and reconstruction, crew leadership, client communication, and project documentation.

What you'll do

• Lead restoration projects involving fire damage, water intrusion, mold remediation, asbestos abatement, and other environmental hazards
• oversee cleaning, demolition, and reconstruction using hand and power tools
• assess damage and develop restoration plans
• ensure compliance with safety and environmental standards
• communicate procedures and progress to clients
• document work, materials, and milestones.
