What you'll do

• Review maintenance requests and create accurate work orders
• define work steps, labor, materials, tools, costs, and safety requirements
• develop daily, weekly, and long-term schedules
• maintain work-order backlog and status
• plan preventive and predictive maintenance
• coordinate parts, tools, equipment, shutdowns, and resources
• review completed work orders
• monitor maintenance performance indicators and recommend process improvements
• maintain records and prepare reports.
