The work contributes to consistent, safe care through collaboration with families and clinical supervisors.

What you'll do

• Provide one-to-one ABA therapy in home, school/daycare, or community settings
• implement individualized treatment plans and behavior intervention plans
• collect and record session data and notes
• use positive reinforcement and evidence-based strategies
• communicate with families, caregivers, and supervisors
• attend required supervision and training
• follow confidentiality and HIPAA requirements
• report concerns or significant client changes.

Why this role
