- Oversee medical standards and quality of care

- address patient-care problems, client complaints, and referral partner issues
- support compliance with veterinary practice, OSHA, and AAHA standards
- coach veterinarians
- interview DVM candidates
- identify service opportunities
- monitor practice KPIs with the Hospital Manager.
