What you'll do

• Reconcile vendor statements, customer accounts, and selected general ledger balances
• investigate short payments, duplicate invoices, credit memos, and posting discrepancies
• prepare aging reports and transaction summaries
• assist with accruals, journal entries, and month-end close
• organize audit documentation
• recommend processing and control improvements
• communicate with internal teams, vendors, and customers.
