What you'll do

• Support the Manager on Duty and shift management
• communicate daily assignments
• maintain customer service during busy operations
• take orders and explain menu items and specials
• oversee pre-close tasks and cash management
• track cash and coupons and process daily reports
• follow waste, food, and labor cost procedures
• assist with inventory and stock ordering
• prepare menu items
• maintain workstations
• and cross-train and coordinate scheduling with team members.
