Client Service Representative – Colonial Animal Hospital

What you'll do

• Greet clients and patients
• complete check-in and check-out
• communicate by phone, email, and mail
• schedule and confirm appointments and triage requests
• explain hospital services
• handle sensitive situations professionally
• maintain patient records and capture charges
• process payments, refunds, reconciliations, and deposits
• fill veterinary prescriptions and provide instructions
• assist with product sales and inventory
• support veterinarians, technicians, and the practice manager
• maintain a clean and safe hospital environment.
