What you'll do

• Lead commercial mechanical construction projects from kickoff through closeout
• develop schedules, resource plans, manpower forecasts, and execution strategies
• track budgets, labor costs, productivity, and financial performance
• coordinate procurement and subcontracted services
• communicate with clients, consultants, vendors, and trade partners
• manage project meetings, risks, change orders, RFIs, submittals, and contracts
• monitor subcontractor and supplier performance
• promote safe work practices
• oversee startup, commissioning, closeout, and customer handoff
• support team development.
