What you'll do

• Manage project documentation, including agreements, leases, permits, drawings, specifications, and change orders
• assist with schedule updates and progress reporting
• coordinate project meetings, agendas, minutes, and deliverables
• support budgets, invoices, expense reports, draw packages, and job-cost reports
• facilitate and track contracts and agreements
• support change control, communications, and quality control
• revise job budgets as needed
• provide general office, data-entry, and administrative support.
