The Area Manager, Youth Programs and Operations role is a full-time, onsite position working across the Middleton and Sun Prairie, WI locations, paying $26–$30 per hour based on experience, plus performance-based bonus opportunities. The Little Gym helps children ages four months through 12 years build confidence, courage, and character through movement and play. The manager oversees daily operations, team performance, growth, and customer experience at both locations while teaching approximately six to eight classes each week. The role is intended to drive membership growth and retention, develop staff, and carry out business priorities across the two gyms.

What you'll do

• Oversee day-to-day operations and performance at both locations
• lead, coach, develop, and hold the team accountable
• manage staffing, scheduling, recruiting, and performance
• drive membership growth, retention, revenue, and business goals
• follow up on leads and enrollment
• support customer experience and program quality
• develop community outreach and partnerships
• teach approximately six to eight classes per week.
