What you'll do

• Serve as the primary contact for assigned fertility patients
• provide guidance, education, and emotional support
• coordinate treatment cycles, appointments, laboratory work, imaging, and procedures
• educate patients on medications and injections
• collaborate with clinical and administrative teams
• maintain EMR documentation
• monitor progress and follow up on results, refills, and authorizations.
