What you'll do

• Drive the facility vehicle to transport residents
• assist participants as they board and disembark
• ensure emergency medical information is available
• maintain the vehicle’s first-aid kit, cleanliness, and maintenance records
• ensure passengers use seat belts and wheelchairs are secured
• coordinate routine and episodic vehicle maintenance
• record trips, passengers, mileage, and fuel
• transport participants to medical appointments and activities
• assist with moving patients and transporting medical equipment, supplies, documents, and laboratory specimens.
