What you'll do

• Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and hygiene
• provide mobility and transfer support
• prepare meals and provide medication reminders
• perform light housekeeping and laundry
• offer companionship
• accompany clients to appointments or community activities when needed
• observe and report changes
• follow care plans and agency protocols.
