What you'll do

• Maintain inventory records, locations, stocking levels, and transactions in the CMMS
• track usage and manage spare parts
• receive and inspect materials against purchase orders and shipping documents
• label, document, and store receipts
• maintain a safe and organized warehouse
• issue materials and record withdrawals, returns, and transfers
• stage materials for maintenance and turnaround work
• prepare purchase requisitions and orders
• conduct cycle counts and audits
• follow refinery safety procedures, including hazardous-material storage and forklift safety
• maintain records and reports.
