Direct Support Professional (DSP)

What you'll do

• Provide personal care addressing hygiene, safety, comfort, nutrition, and activity needs
• support client dignity and privacy
• observe and report skin concerns, pain, or injury to a nurse
• maintain wheelchair and program-space cleanliness
• assist clients in day program activities and transportation
• complete shift documentation
• collaborate with staff and participate in team meetings.
