What you'll do

• Set up, maintain, and remove temporary work zones and traffic-control equipment
• communicate with other flaggers by handheld radio
• direct traffic using hand signals and signs
• alert tree crews to traffic issues
• follow company safety policies
• prevent vehicles and pedestrians from endangering workers
• position warning and detour signs.
