What you'll do
- Support project management checklists and staffing plans
- research jurisdiction requirements
- maintain project information flow
- attend project kickoffs and confirm site requirements and design intent
- coordinate contract documents, detailing, and consultant documents
- monitor document quality and standards
- prepare agency submissions and address comments
- assist with bid documents and contractor questions
- respond to RFIs, shop drawings, and submittals as directed.
