CNC Lathe Operator

The CNC Lathe Operator role is an onsite, full-time position in Joliet, IL, with a Monday–Friday schedule from 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Compensation is $22–$24 per hour. Integrity Trade Services is hiring for a manufacturing assignment and offers benefits through ITS upon hire. The operator sets up and runs CNC machines and lathes to produce parts within specified tolerances. Accurate measurement, safe operation, and an orderly workspace support reliable production and quality requirements.

• Set up CNC machines for production runs
• operate CNC machines and lathes safely and efficiently
• maintain parts within specified tolerances
• use calipers, micrometers, and other precision measurement tools
• keep the workspace clean and organized.
