The HVAC Lead Inside Sales Representative role is onsite in Overland Park, KS. The salary range is $65,000–$70,000 per year, with potential commission bonus. The role leads daily inside-sales activities to help ensure customer orders are placed and fulfilled effectively. By developing customer and supplier relationships, providing product guidance, and supporting the assigned team’s workflow, the representative contributes to customer satisfaction and sales goals.

What you'll do

• Lead daily activities of the assigned inside-sales team
• develop relationships with new and existing customers
• respond to calls, emails, and manufacturer leads with quotations
• explain product options and technical advantages
• process customer orders and coordinate purchasing and delivery with suppliers
• pursue new customer and product opportunities
• maintain supplier relationships
• assist other teams with project sales and support
• prepare requested reports
• assist with hiring, training, workflow, scheduling, assignments, and performance-evaluation input.
