Arnett House Case Manager

Job overview

The Arnett House Case Manager role is onsite in Rochester, NY, with a Monday–Friday schedule from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Compensation is $22–$24 per hour. The role serves young people in Arnett House, an independent living program focused on LGBTQ and trafficked youth. The case manager provides assessment, support, and independent-living skills development while helping youth address immediate safety and life needs. Through crisis intervention, referrals, advocacy, and case management, the role supports young people in reducing risks of continued exploitation and abuse.

What you'll do

• Provide crisis intervention, individual counseling, referrals, case management, and youth advocacy
• support daily living skills and milieu management
• assess and intake youth
• maintain case notes and program records
• participate in supervision, staff meetings, and training
• transport clients when required.
