What you'll do

• Provide customer service while following security procedures, site policies, and emergency response activities when appropriate
• respond calmly and professionally to guest concerns and incidents
• conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of hotel grounds, guest areas, entrances, parking areas, and perimeter
• monitor access points and report suspicious activity, maintenance concerns, and policy violations
• complete incident reports, daily activity logs, and shift communications.
