Job overview

What you'll do
- Perform and document nursing assessments and screenings
- assess client care needs and implement treatment according to physician orders and nursing standards
- manage and administer medications and controlled medication counts
- process orders and lab specimens
- educate clients
- coordinate care with direct-care staff
- maintain medical records and shift reports
- communicate nursing issues to the clinical and case management team
- and stand on call at designated times.

Why this role
