The Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) role is an onsite position in Harrisburg, PA, with full-time and part-time opportunities and all shifts available. Pay is $16.50–$23.00 per hour, all-inclusive. Capitol Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center is a 138-bed sub-acute and long-term care facility focused on compassionate, quality resident care. Under licensed nursing staff's direction, the CNA provides hands-on support that promotes residents' safety, comfort, dignity, and quality of life. The role contributes to resident-centered care by assisting with daily living needs, observing and reporting changes, and supporting the nursing and care team.

What you'll do

• Provide basic resident care under licensed nursing staff supervision
• assist with feeding, bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, and changing linens
• support residents' physical, emotional, and daily living needs
• observe and report changes in condition, behavior, or needs
• maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment
• and support the nursing and care team.
