What you'll do

• Assist with annual physicals and placement examinations
• complete screenings, testing, and results reporting
• schedule and support follow-up and return-to-work exams
• coordinate referrals and document follow-up in medical records
• participate in employee classes, health fairs, and regulatory training
• collect and document program data
• provide one-on-one counseling or coaching and interpret screening results
• support care navigation and maintain a safe work environment
• use electronic medical records and related software.
