What you'll do

• Receive inbound calls and help diagnose mechanical issues
• document incidents in company systems
• make outbound calls to dispatch service
• liaise between service locations and customers or drivers
• manage multiple breakdown situations
• coordinate maintenance and repairs for off-lease trucks
• and process invoices as needed.
