What you'll do

• Manage recruitment and conduct onboarding training
• assist with employee training and organize and deliver training programs
• maintain knowledge of applicable regulations
• improve processes
• back up the HR Coordinator as needed
• and provide day-to-day guidance on employee relations, coaching, development, and onboarding.
