What you'll do

• Administer directives from the Board of Directors and Property Supervisor
• manage all departments within the retirement community
• supervise department heads
• coordinate service delivery
• oversee occupancy and resident move-ins
• maintain records
• authorize purchases
• manage budgets and financial analysis
• ensure building and grounds maintenance
• enforce house rules and manage tenant relations.
