What you'll do

• Lead employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention initiatives
• support workplace culture and recognition
• advise employees and managers on HR matters
• process biweekly payroll
• coordinate onboarding and pre-employment checks
• assist with recruiting, hiring, employee relations, and performance management
• maintain compliant employee records
• support benefits and leave administration
• ensure employment-law compliance
• partner with facility leadership
• participate in audits and regulatory reviews.
