What you'll do

• Greet and assist guests
• explain promotions and trade-in programs
• process purchases and returns through the point-of-sale system
• answer guest questions in person and by phone
• maintain clean, organized, and merchandised store areas
• complete omnichannel orders
• support inventory control and loss prevention
• stock and organize merchandise
• assist with sales, profit, and shrink goals
• reconcile daily transactions and complete closeout paperwork
• check shipments and process defectives, recalls, and stock pulls
• supervise and delegate tasks to Sales Associates when management is absent
• follow opening and closing procedures.
