This role maintains shared property amenities and supports residents by keeping facilities clean, organized, and in good repair, while coordinating with maintenance staff and the Property Manager on service needs.

What you'll do

• Maintain common areas and facilities, including the clubhouse, fitness center, and pool
• perform light housekeeping
• tidy beverage stations and bathrooms
• clean community vehicles
• prepare model units and ready units for showings
• empty trash and dog waste stations
• assist with resident service requests
• perform pool checks and upkeep
• deliver resident communications
• and support staff as needed. Emergency on-call service may be required.
