The Patient Outcome Manager role is onsite in Irving, TX, with compensation of $20–$22 per hour. Amen Clinics provides outpatient mental wellness care and customized services for behavioral and psychiatric conditions. The role helps patients and families navigate initial inquiries, intake and treatment recommendations, while preparing clinical history reports for physicians. It supports a patient-centered experience and helps clinicians gather information relevant to diagnosis and care.

What you'll do

• Explain scheduled appointment procedures
• review patient paperwork and clarify intake responses
• prepare history reports covering symptoms and relevant medical, psychiatric, education, work, family and substance-use history
• perform mental status exams and score checklists
• complete typed reports shortly after appointments
• review physician treatment recommendations and answer patient questions
• assess patient needs and provide support
• assist with other duties or assignments as time permits.
