Associate Customer Success Manager

Job overview

• Develop and maintain customer relationships

• conduct training and product demonstrations with a CSM
• contribute to quarterly business review decks and monthly reports
• manage assigned small markets
• relay customer feedback to internal teams
• support renewals and account growth
• maintain documentation and deliverables.
