What you'll do
- Monitor residents overnight for safety, conduct and document visual checks as scheduled, and record disturbances or special circumstances.
- Deep clean the cottage according to the shift plan.
- Wake residents and support morning routines, including chores, breakfast, and walking students to class.
- Administer medications only as approved by the Third Shift Supervisor or Leader.
- Communicate relevant overnight events to first-shift staff and check with second-shift staff about resident needs.
- Collaborate with the clinical team on individual interventions and treatment plans, follow Safe Crisis Management guidelines, and complete assigned shift-plan tasks.
