What you'll do

• Prepare and present meals according to planned menus, including special diets
• prepare food for upcoming meals and events
• maintain clean, organized refrigerators and freezers and proper food temperatures
• store and label food according to kitchen procedures
• maintain the serving station and follow department procedures for hazardous materials.
