What you'll do

• Oversee leasing inquiries, apartment tours, prospect follow-up, and move-ins
• conduct competitor market surveys
• recommend and implement marketing and referral strategies
• manage lease renewals, expirations, and notices to vacate
• process fees, deposits, rents, and resident data
• inspect units and models
• support resident functions and property appearance
• monitor service operations
• train and develop the leasing team
• ensure compliance with Fair Housing and tax regulations.
