The Press Operator — Second or Third Shift role is onsite in Oberlin, OH. Pay is $22.00–$23.50 per hour, plus applicable shift differential. The role supports RRD’s print, packaging, marketing, and supply-chain solutions. The role exists to operate and maintain sheetfed press equipment while meeting print-quality requirements. It contributes to production by preparing presses, maintaining color and registration quality, performing routine maintenance, and supporting flexographic operations as needed.

What you'll do

• Set up, adjust, operate, and maintain Man-Roland sheetfed presses
• perform make-ready tasks such as hanging plates, checking image positioning, preparing blankets, and adjusting tension and register
• maintain color density and print quality during production
• perform routine press checks and maintenance
• clean and lubricate equipment and make minor repairs
• cross-train and support flexographic printing operations as needed.
