What you'll do

• Perform quantity takeoffs and develop estimates from conceptual through final design
• maintain cost models and historical pricing databases
• solicit, evaluate, and track subcontractor and vendor proposals
• manage RFIs and scope clarifications
• interpret government solicitations and support FAR/DFARS compliance
• lead scope reviews
• develop value-engineering options and bid strategies
• support preconstruction schedules and logistics
• prepare bid narratives and documentation
• support project turnover.
