Manufacturing Technician

The Manufacturing Technician role is onsite in Wilmington, MA, with compensation of $23–$26 per hour. LightForce develops a digital, 3D-printed orthodontic platform with customized, patient-specific brackets and AI-driven treatment planning. The technician supports daily production of orthodontic appliances by operating equipment, inspecting materials and products, and maintaining traceability and quality records. The role helps ensure products are made to specifications and prepared for shipment while supporting safe, consistent manufacturing operations.

What you'll do

• Set up, operate, and monitor manufacturing equipment
• follow job orders, work instructions, and quality procedures
• maintain product traceability
• inspect products, incoming materials, and equipment
• route samples for quality inspection
• support operator training
• contribute to safety and quality improvements
• maintain an organized work area and dispose of waste properly.
