It contributes to safe, high-quality care for patients and families on the unit.
What you'll do
- Provide patient-centered clinical care

- communicate and document assessments with the interdisciplinary team
- develop, document, and revise individualized plans of care
- follow safety, medication administration, and documentation policies
- maintain BLS certification.
