Construction Litigation Attorney

The Construction Litigation Attorney role is an onsite position based in Baltimore, MD. This role exists to represent clients in complex construction litigation matters, including contract disputes, delay claims, and insurance coverage issues. The attorney will manage all phases of litigation, from discovery to trial, while providing proactive counsel on risk management.

What you'll do

• Handle complex construction litigation matters including contract disputes, delay and scheduling claims, lien and bond claims, insurance coverage issues, and related commercial litigation.
• Represent contractors, developers, owners, and design professionals in state and federal courts, as well as arbitration and mediation forums.
• Draft and negotiate construction contracts and provide proactive counsel on risk management and project performance.
• Manage all phases of litigation including pleadings, discovery, depositions, motion practice, mediation, and trial.
• Collaborate with experts, consultants, and project stakeholders to develop and execute case strategy.
