What you'll do

• Oversees the diet office, floor stock, CBORD (diet office management system) and the maintenance and upgrades.
• Collaborates with Clinical Nutrition Manager and clinical staff.
• Record safety and sanitation compliance.
• Supervises tray line operation and utility staff.
