Registered Nurse (RN) Transplant and Cellular Therapy

Reviews and evaluates the care plan, updates and documents the patient's progress toward resolution of problems at least every day. Discusses patient’s needs for continued care with health team members throughout the shift. Solicits feedback from caregivers as to patient’s response to nursing intervention. Reviews new medical orders promptly and implements accordingly.
