The Weekend Warrior Registered Nurse (RN) role is onsite in Weaverville, NC, with 12-hour and 16-hour shifts available across all shifts. Compensation is based on experience, with an additional $3 per hour for weekend shifts on top of existing shift differentials. Greens at Weaverville’s skilled nursing and long-term care team provides resident care. The RN assesses residents, administers medications and treatments, and coordinates individualized care plans. The role supports resident safety and clinical outcomes while providing guidance to nursing staff and communicating with families, physicians, and the interdisciplinary team.

What you'll do

• Provide nursing care according to resident care plans
• assess residents and monitor changes
• develop, implement, and evaluate care plans with the interdisciplinary team
• administer medications and treatments
• respond to changes in condition
• guide and support LPNs, CNAs, and other staff
• document care
• communicate with residents, families, physicians, and team members
• follow infection control, safety, and regulatory requirements.
