The role leads Pivotal Systems’ Fremont manufacturing organization as the facility ramps to high-volume production. This leader is accountable for production output, efficiency, quality, and safety across a 24x7 site. The role builds operational capacity and teams, improves processes, and coordinates with Engineering and other functions to support reliable production and customer commitments.

What you'll do

• Lead the transition from low-volume to high-volume production, including capacity planning, line balancing, and ramp readiness across shifts
• set production plans, throughput targets, and delivery goals
• improve processes and eliminate constraints and waste
• partner with Engineering on NPI handoffs and process development
• lead multi-shift operations and develop managers, supervisors, and technicians
• own manufacturing quality, customer quality escalations, and EHS performance
• coordinate with Supply Chain, Materials, Planning, Sales, Customer Support, Engineering, and Finance
• report performance and risks to executive leadership.
