What you'll do

• Inspect and maintain properties, including lock work, yard care, cleaning, snow removal, winterization, repairs, and maintenance
• secure vacant properties by changing locks and boarding windows
• address safety hazards
• take timestamped before-and-after photos
• communicate job status and issues to the coordination team
• handle emergency work orders such as broken windows or water leaks.
