What you'll do

• Provide Tier I help desk and Tier II escalation problem identification, diagnosis, and resolution
• support day-to-day IT operations, monitoring, and problem resolution for client, server, storage, network, and mobile devices
• communicate escalations and status to agency management and internal customers
• optimize system operations and resource utilization
• perform system capacity analysis and planning.
