What you'll do

• Lead workforce planning, recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee relations, and separation processes
• maintain compliant personnel policies, files, notices, training, and employment records
• advise leaders on policy application, documentation, corrective action, accommodations, and leave
• administer compensation, classification, benefits coordination, and HR data with Finance
• provide workforce dashboards
• coordinate professional learning
• oversee HR-system workflows and access controls.
